The machine is designed for ease of operation .The main frame is made from SUS304 Stainless Steel, and all product contact surface are SUS316 Stainless Steel. Tablets of varying diameter and volume are easily achieved by removing and replacing the bottom former/ejector, punch and die with minimal setting time. Two hardened steel profile cams control the timing of the unit and need no adjustment.
